This programme helps individuals who are involved in the recruitment and selection of personnel.  It is a very practical workshop aimed at helping individuals master the skills necessary to select the most appropriate person for the role.

Our two day workshop programme offers a practical approach to managing the performance of staff.  It covers how to engage and motivate staff, as well as undertake effective performance appraisals/reviews.  It also offers practical advice and guidance on conducting formal processes such as dealing with grievances or holding disciplinary hearings, as a last resort to managing poor performance.

Training Needs Analysis & Evaluation of Learning

Training is such an important resource available to a manager and yet we do not always view the investment we make in training, in the same light as any other type of investment.

This one day workshop provides a practical step-by-step process to undertaking an effective Training Needs Analysis, including the need for linking training activity to business objectives/goals and evaluating the return on the investment made.  It helps an individual consider how and if training is an appropriate solution and places the importance of training and development at the heart of an effective leadership or management role.

C.L.E.A.R.A. Communication Programme

How effective we are at communicating is measured by the responses we receive!  We cannot expect others to change, so we need to consider our own style of communication and alter this to suit the situation and the individual.

Our C.L.E.A.R.A Programme is a communication training workshop which uses NLP techniques to improve communication between individuals.  It has proved hugely successful for leaders and managers to help understand how they can motivate and engage with their team members.  It is also a very worthwhile programme for teams, helping individual members to understand how others respond to their style of communication.
